Project Description

Amarah was found to have an encephalocele (when the skull did not fuse, a hole was formed where brain tissues protrude). The doctors advised at 13 weeks to abort the pregnancy. The prognosis was not good, and we were advised that after Amarah’s birth, she may not live long, and/or have half body paralysis. We put our trust in God and continued with the pregnancy. Amarah was born Dec 2017 and had brain surgery when she was only 3 months old. We are pleased to announce that Amarah in now 10months old and the prognosis looks very good as she is a very active little girl. A true miracle from the Lord.
